Welcome to Bricks N Wood. By using our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and are bound by these Terms, and that you comply with the requirements listed herein. If you do not agree to all of these Terms or comply with the requirements herein, please do not access the platform or use the services.

1. Services

a) Bricks N Wood connects customers and high-quality service providers, contractors, and architects (individually, a "SP"). We help customers discover, select, and manage their construction projects with transparency and trust.

b) Bricks N Wood acts as a premier project management and technology intermediary. Once the contract has been executed between the customer and the SP, and the project has commenced, Bricks N Wood provides services for tracking phases, assuring quality, and managing the development of the project through our digital command center.

c) Package rates and overall cost estimates are subject to the total built-up area, material selections, and the number of floors. Base prices may vary by region (e.g., Noida, Greater Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad, etc.).

2. Accessing and Using Our Site and Services

Account Information:

You agree that any information you provide in creating your account or initiating a project is complete and accurate, and you agree to keep it up to date.

Charges and Payment:

You agree that use of any SP’s Services will result in charges to you for the products or services provided by such SP, and that use of the Bricks N Wood platform or project management services may result in platform charges. Payments for charges are immediately due upon the provision or start of applicable project phases.

3. Provision of Services and Quality Assurance

As part of our Services, we make our standard technical support and digital tracking available to you. Bricks N Wood provides access to its business platform to facilitate the provision of Services from SP to the end customer. While Bricks N Wood enforces strict quality assurance protocols, we are not directly liable for the physical construction work executed by independent SPs unless explicitly stated in a primary contracting agreement.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Project cancellations after the initial booking amount or mobilization advance has been paid are subject to a deduction of costs incurred for design iterations, soil testing, surveys, and architectural planning. Please refer to our detailed cancellation policy provided during the onboarding phase.

5. Your Responsibilities

The User represents and warrants that all information provided in relation to the Services is true and correct. The User shall be solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable local laws, municipal approvals, and society guidelines required for the execution of the construction.

You may not use the platform or services to:

  • Infringe any proprietary rights, including copyrights, patents, or trade secrets.
  • Engage in fraudulent, malicious, or unlawful activities.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software platforms or pricing calculators.

6. Referral Program

Refer friends and family and win exciting cashback and rewards.

  • Each person referring their network will get cashback on the successful conversion of the project.
  • Successful conversion refers to a booking amount payment of minimum 5% of project value.
  • Benefits for Referrer: Up to 0.5% of Project Value (Maximum ₹50,000).
  • Bricks N Wood reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer without prior notice.

7. Disclaimers and Warranties

Any estimate provided in connection with the Services (including our online Calculator) is only a guide and an approximation based on standard assumptions; it is not a guaranteed final cost of your specific project.

Warranty Limitations: Any structural warranty provided (e.g., 5-year warranty) is explicitly provisioned against structural defects and is governed by the separate Master Agreements entered into by the Contractors for the specific purpose of construction.

8. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts in Delhi NCR shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all issues arising out of these Terms or the use of the Services. Any controversies or disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Delhi NCR in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
